If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we will come back free of charge within 7 days or less and rectify any issues.

Beyond 7 days, there would be an additional service charge.

We cannot guarantee that we can make your carpets or floors look like new. We are not liable for any damages to any carpets or floors prior to our arrival.
